The New Classroom

Training for the New Classroom is online through the Phoenix OLS. To sign up for this training, follow these steps.

1. Log in to the OLS.
2. Click the Faculty tab at the top.
3. Under Faculty Development click Workshops
4. Click Search Workshops
5. Scroll through the pages and look for Facilitating in New Classroom--Local Campus Faculty.

The next available training (3 days online) is Aug 27 - 29. Other upcoming dates are Sept 6 - 8, Sept 10 - 12, Sept 17-19, and Sept 24 - 26. Again, the sooner you can knock this out, the better and prior to the next GFM (November) would be very helpful.

NOTE: If you also teach online classes, there is a similar training program you will need to complete as well. If you only teach ground, then just the Local Campus Faculty is needed.
